Blessings While We Wait

Our new children were part of group that spent a weekend doing skits and performances and interviews to prepare for adoption. This was called the Hope Project. We were able to see a video of them sharing a talent and answering some interview questions. After we were DTC, our case worker sent us some drawings they did during that weekend. Another small blessing as we wait for them to join our family.

This is Nia's drawing. She was wishing our case worker happy birthday.

This is Luke's drawing. It is of a game they played where the teams had to keep the balloon off the ground. The characters in the bubble mean begin.

Also, there is a family in China getting their son from the orphanage where our children are. They were able to find out Luke knows he has a family coming for him and Nia probably knows as well. They may not know anything about us or that they will be brother and sister, but at least they know someone wants to be their family! The family also found out our agency is doing all they can to get our case through as quickly as possible. It is such a blessing to receive any information. We are still waiting for LOA and hoping it comes soon!
