Back in OKC after a long day.
There were a group of Japanese people raising funds for disaster relief.
Lots of old brick roads and the old facilities made into shops and restaurants.
This group of longhorns is herded down mainstreet a couple of times a day.
Our train on the way to Fort Worth.Nicole and I have been taking a photography class at our local V0-Tech. We signed up just for fun, to learn how to work our camera's, and to spend some mother/daughter time together before she graduates. We have been enjoying the classes. Saturday our class caught the train in OKC and traveled to Fort Worth to visit the stockyards. It was not at all what I was expecting - cattle sales. No, this is just a big tourist attraction! Restaurants, shops, take your photo on a longhorn, and the daily cattle drive down the main street. It was a fun day. We enjoyed our first train trip and spending the day walking around. We may have to bring the whole family sometime.

I had no idea there was a train connecting OKC and Fort Worth. Sounds like a lot of fun!
I've been trying to get Bethany to take a photography class too. Although with her busy life right now, don't see it happening anytime soon :)
