Storms and good news

There were thunderstorms in our area this afternoon. They were north of us and we really needed to go grocery shopping, so I thought it would be ok. After we finished our shopping and were about to leave the store, up came a huge downpour. We made a run for it and got totally soaked loading the groceries in the car. Then on the way home the radio said a tornado was headed our way in about 15 minutes. We unloaded and got the garage rearranged so we could pull the car in just in the nick of time. We watched the swirling wind and rain and then our power went out. It cleared up and we got this nice rainbow, but no power. So off to town we went for dinner. About the time we got home the power came back on, and that's when we got the good news. Our dossiers were sent to China today! Now we wait, again, for LID (log in date) and LOA (documents asking for confirmation that we want to adopt these children).

YEA! I know that GOOD...GREAT feeling of getting that dossier sent off. This is so exciting! Just know you are in good hands with CWA. I look forward to following your journey.

I LOVE this story, Susan! Seems so perfect to have safety from the tornado, God's promise rainbow, and your DTC all together. You must save this one for their adoption stories.
